We start with a full survey and a written condition report, and recommend the system that suits the building and the budget. You get a fixed price and a phased programme up front, including any out-of-hours working. We then strip the old roof back in sections, keeping each area weathertight before moving on, sort out the deck, falls and insulation, and lay the new system with all its detailing. At handover you get the paperwork and the system guarantee, and we can set up a maintenance plan to protect the new roof.
