A well-laid modern torch-on roof lasts many years with very little upkeep, and a roof that drains well and is kept clear lasts longest. We’ll give you a realistic lifespan for your roof at the survey.
A habitable flat roof, such as an extension or a flat-roofed kitchen, needs three layers under the building regulations. A shed or garage can often do with fewer. We’ll advise on what yours needs at the survey.
Open flame near a building has to be respected, and that’s exactly why it’s a job for skilled roofers, not a DIY one. We work to properly hot-works safety, so the only thing that gets bonded is the felt.
