When the gutters are blocked or the timber rots, the water ends up in your walls. We repair and replace gutters, fascia, soffit, downpipes, box gutters, and the whole roofline, and because we’re roofers, we sort the parts where it all meets the roof properly. A family firm in Dublin since 1969.

Your gutters, fascia, and soffit work as one system to carry rain off the roof and away from the house. When one part fails, the water finds the next weak spot.
Blocked runs, cracked joints, and sagging brackets send water over the edge instead of down the pipe.
Water spilling down the wall shows up as green algae outside and damp patches inside, and it works at the brickwork over time.
The fascia is the board the gutter fixes to, the soffit is the panel underneath. When the timber rots, the gutter loosens and birds get in.
We handle the whole roofline, from a single leaking joint to a full strip and replace.
Most roof problems start small and quiet, then get expensive. If you have spotted any of these, it is worth getting them looked at before the next downpour.
We come out, get on the roof, and find exactly what is wrong.
You get a clear, itemised price. No call-out charge, no pressure.
Our own crew carries out the work, tidily and on the agreed
date.
We show you what we did and stand over the work.
We check the gutters, the timber behind them, and the downpipes and find what’s actually causing the problem.
A clear written price, and an honest call on whether a repair will do or replacement is the better value.
Our own crew does the job from safe access, replacing or repairing the roofline and clearing the runs.
We check it runs clean, clear the debris, and leave you the paperwork and workmanship cover.
A few recent repairs around Dublin. Real jobs, real homes.
A single gutter repair is a small job. A full strip and replace of gutters, fascia and soffit around the whole house is a bigger one. What moves the price is how much of the roofline is being done, whether it’s a repair or a full replacement, the material, how much rotten timber turns up behind the old boards, and the access. Use the calculator for a guide, then book a free survey and we’ll put a fixed price in writing.

Learn to drive that van or take your name off itPosted on Google Susie vBTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I haven’t used the services of this company but I have seen atrocious and dangerous driving by one of their vans. I have reported this to the guarda. 30/11/25 09:20 their van engaged in dangerous driving with another Volvo each trying to overtake. Both cars swerved at each other. Whilst stopped at a red light - with pedestrians at the light - their van accelerated from stationary through a red light to overtake the Volvo. Easily could have caused harm to all involved. I wouldn’t trust a company who acts like this on the road.Posted on Google Gavin KeaneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Company seems to be too busy to follow up on work requests. Called 3 times over the space of 3 weeks requesting a visit. Receptionist requested photos which i sent and was told the roofer would contact me. Never did. Waste of time.Posted on Google Amelia TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. No call-out charge, no obligation. We’ll tell you honestly whether it needs repairing or replacing.
If it’s a leaking joint, a loose bracket, or a sagging section, a repair will usually do. If the gutters are cracked, brittle, or pulling away along the whole run, replacing them is better value than patching the same thing twice. We’ll tell you straight what yours needs.
A box gutter is a large, square gutter hidden behind a parapet wall or set in the valley between two roofs. It’s lined rather than clipped on, so it leaks when the lining fails or it fills with debris and overflows. We reline and repair box gutters properly, which is roof work, not a clip-on job.
uPVC is the common, good-value choice and lasts well. Aluminum is formed in long lengths with fewer joints to leak, which suits longer runs and larger homes. We fit both and will recommend what suits your house and budget.
Usually not. Replacing gutters, fascia, and soffit is normally classed as permitted work. A protected structure or a home in a conservation area can be the exception, so it’s worth checking with your local authority first, and we can advise.
Book a free, no-obligation inspection and we will tell you honestly what your roof needs.
