Porches lift the front of your home. They keep drafts out and give you somewhere to drop coats, shoes, and the buggy. We design and build the whole thing. And because we are roofers first, the porch roof gets done properly and matched to your house. Designed, built, and priced in writing before we start.

Porch is a small build that earns its keep every day. It changes how your house looks from the road and how it feels the minute you step inside.
Well-designed porch gives the front of the house a finished, welcoming look, and it is one of the very first things buyers notice.
Porch sits between the cold outside and your hall, so opening the front door no longer sends cold air straight through the house.
Somewhere for coats, shoes, school bags and parcels, plus an extra front door and lock sitting between your home and the street.
We take your porch from first sketch to finished build, and we build it to last rather than to look good for a year. One crew handles the whole job from groundwork to handover, including:
Every porch ends with a tidy finish, a clean site, and a proper handover. You get a written fixed price in your hand before any work starts, and our workmanship cover stands behind the build
Most roof problems start small and quiet, then get expensive. If you have spotted any of these, it is worth getting them looked at before the next downpour.
We come out, get on the roof, and find exactly what is wrong.
You get a clear, itemised price. No call-out charge, no pressure.
Our own crew carries out the work, tidily and on the agreed date.
We show you what we did and stand over the work.
No two houses are the same, so no two porches are either. Walls, roof, and door all get chosen to match what you already have.
Solid brick porches on proper foundations, built to match your house brickwork as closely as we can.
Bright porches with big glass panels and almost no upkeep, sitting on a low wall or glazed top to bottom.
Warm wooden porches, painted or stained, better fit for older houses where plastic would look wrong.
Sloped and tiled like your house, or flat where suits, with skylight installation if you want daylight.
A few recent repairs around Dublin. Real jobs, real homes.
Porch costs less than most extensions. The price still swings with your choices. Size, materials, the roof, foundations, the door and glazing all move it, and so does planning permission if needed. Use our Roof Cost Calculator for a guide. Then book a free consultation and we will put a fixed price in writing.

No call-out charge, no obligation. We’ll tell you honestly whether it needs repairing or replacing.
Most front porches are exempt if they’re small and set back from the road, generally not more than about 2 square meters in floor area and more than 2 meters from the public road, with a tiled or slated pitched roof no higher than 4 meters, or 3 meters for any other roof. It depends on your house and location, so it’s worth checking with your local authority. We can advise and handle the application if one’s needed.
Yes. A porch adds an extra sealed space in front of your door, so when you open the door you let cold air into the porch rather than straight into the hall. It cuts draughts and helps keep the heat in.
A pitched roof, tiled or slated to match your main roof, or a flat roof if that suits the house better. Because we’re roofers, we make sure it’s properly weathered and flashed where it meets the house wall, so it won’t leak.
Usually a few weeks once the design and any planning are sorted, depending on the size, the materials and the groundwork. You’ll get a timeframe with your written quote.
Book a free, no-obligation inspection and we will tell you honestly what your roof needs.
