WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our Paralon Roofing Service

We install, overlay, and repair Paralon roofs, and we handle everything around the membrane too. One crew takes the job from bare deck to finished roof. Each Paralon job we take on can cover:

  • New Paralon flat roofs on extensions, new builds, podium decks, and larger commercial buildings.
  • Overlays on tired flat roofs, a fresh Paralon system over the old one without a full strip.
  • Repairs to existing Paralon and bitumen roofs, fixed in the same system they were built in.
  • Deck preparation first, with the falls checked and any rotten boards replaced before layers go down.
  • Full detailing at upstands, outlets, rooflights, and gutters, dressed in neatly so nothing leaks.
  • Insulation under the membrane as part of a warm roof build-up for a heated room below.

Every job runs to Moy’s specification by our own CSCS-carded crew, which is what stands the system guarantee up. You get a written fixed price before any work, with workmanship cover behind it.

THE BUILD-UP

What Goes Into A Paralon Roof

Paralon earns its strength from the way the layers go down, and every single layer has one clear job.

The Base Layer

The first layer bonds tight to the deck and gives the system its grip. The everything else builds on it.

The Reinforced Core

Fibreglass reinforcement runs through the bitumen, so the covering resists cracking as the roof moves.

The Cap Sheet

The top sheet takes the weather. Its mineral finish protects the bitumen below from sun and rain for years.

Bonded Into One

Each layer gets bonded down onto the last, melting them into one continuous covering with no loose laps anywhere.

How we work

Our Paralon installation process

Tthen bond down the reinforced layers into one continuous waterproof covering, dressing it neatly into upstands, outlets, and gutters. When it is done, you get the paperwork, the guarantee, and a roof built to perform for the long term.

What Affects The Price

  • Roof area and how it is broken up
  • New build-up, or overlay on the existing roof
  • Insulation for a warm roof underneath
